Ensure hardware, software, and system settings are configured per business needs.
Handle website and network troubleshooting and setup, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Configure and manage PIMs (Knack) and ERP (Odoo) System, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Oversee cloud application management: user access, licensing, and monitoring.
Manage patching schedules and ensure updates/upgrades are applied.
Assist in IT project delivery.
Administrate the Service & Applications Register, including renewals and security controls.
Maintain user permissions and account access.
Create and deliver staff training, including user guides.
Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes.
Act as the main onsite IT contact for internal staff and the IT MSP.
